Real-time and clear overview of the company's finances

Netvisor provides you with a real-time and clear picture of the company's financial status and key figures.

You can conveniently see the following information through the application:

• Company bank account balances
• Real-time cash flow forecast illustrates the company's current and near-future liquidity
• Summary of sales and invoice status: you can see, for example, the number of made offers and outstanding orders, or the quantity and amount of open, overdue, and reminded invoices
• Track monthly or cumulative turnover and compare it to the previous period
• Monitor profitability using operating margin and EBIT margin percentages

Time tracking, vacations, and flextime

The application offers many useful functions and views for employees as well. With the time tracking feature in the application, you can log your hours with just a few clicks. Additionally, you can see your accumulated vacation days and flextime balance.

Pay slips and tax card income limit

The application shows you the paid wages, allowing you to review your own pay slips. You can also see an estimate of whether your tax card income limit is sufficient or if it is being exceeded.

Travel expenses and receipt scanning

Easily create travel expense reports on your phone. Enter the travel expense details, scan receipts, attach them to the expense report, and send it for approval. You can also see the status of previously submitted travel expense reports in the application.
